own credit card product designed specifically for businesses.
As we scale,
Customer Experience (CX) sits at the heart of everything we do. This role goes beyond traditional support. You’ll be a
CX champion, ensuring every interaction builds trust, clarity, and confidence, especially as we introduce new financial products like
credit cards, payments, and credit features. You’ll be the first touchpoint for our customers and a key voice shaping how SMEs experience Pice.
What You’ll Do
Deliver
exceptional customer experiences through chat by being empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Act as a trusted guide for customers using Pice’s payment solutions
- Clearly explain product features, transactions, limits, billing cycles, and common queries in simple language
- Own customer issues end-to-end, investigate, resolve, and escalate when required
- Share timely, transparent updates and set the right expectations
- Capture customer feedback and insights to improve product, processes, and CX journeys
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Ops, Tech, Risk) to ensure seamless resolutions
What We’re Looking For
- Freshers are welcome (Prior chat-based CX/support experience is a plus, someone who loves to talk)
- Strong command of English & Hindi (written and verbal)
- A customer-first mindset — you care about how users feel, not just ticket closure
- Ability to simplify financial concepts (payments, cards, limits, charges) for SMEs
- Sharp attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing fintech environment with evolving products
