Customer Experience Executive – BeatBox Fitness Studio
We’re Hiring | Customer Experience Executive
BeatBox Fitness Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented individual to join our team and manage the overall customer experience at the studio.
This role goes beyond a traditional front desk position — you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, high-energy environment and ensuring every member has a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and walk-ins with a friendly and energetic approach
- Manage member check-ins, bookings, and class schedules
- Handle inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins) and provide accurate information
- Maintain smooth day-to-day studio operations
- Support member onboarding and ensure a great first-time experience
- Coordinate with trainers and internal team for scheduling and updates
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Interest in fitness / wellness industry is a plus What We’re Looking For:
