Job Description: Customer Experience Executive – Voice Process

Location: Chandigarh (CCR)

Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive – Voice Process who will be the voice of our fashion brand for customers. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries, support with orders, and ensure a smooth customer journey that reflects the Theater experience.


Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers primarily through voice process (inbound and outbound calls), ensuring prompt and effective responses.

· Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow through to ensure complete satisfaction.

· Identify and analyze recurring customer challenges and share insights with relevant teams to implement lasting solutions.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

· Use Google Docs and Spreadsheets to track and analyze customer-related data.

· Build strong customer relationships and promote the Theater brand positively in every interaction.


Qualifications and Skills:

· 1–3 years of experience in voice process / customer service roles.

· Background in hospitality, D2C, or B2C e-commerce (fashion preferred).

· Strong communication skills in English.

· Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle pressure.

· Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs for reporting.
