Our team is looking for a proactive CX Intern to join us at the office. If you have great communication skills, enjoy organizing data, and know your way around AI tools, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience!


Here is what you will be doing:

  • Customer Connects: Calling customers to gather product feedback, provide order updates, and understand their offline store experiences.
  • Bot Analysis & Audits: Reviewing live bot conversations to ensure process adherence and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintaining daily and weekly reports on call-outs and analysis.


What you need to bring to the table:

  • 🎓 Currently pursuing or completed graduation (any stream is welcome!).
  • 💬 Great communication skills: Confident and comfortable speaking directly with customers.
  • 📊 Spreadsheet skills: Good hands-on experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets (no coding required, just comfortable organizing data).
  • 🤖 Smart with AI: Know how to efficiently use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  • 📍 Location: Residing in Mumbai (This is a 100% Work From Office role).


The Details:

  • Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on your performance and output).
  • Schedule: 5 Days working (2 weekly offs).
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
