The Write House is a premium personalised gifting and stationery brand trusted by Taj Hotels, Kate Spade, and the Jaipur Literature Festival. We craft monogrammed, embroidered, and engraved products for weddings, celebrations, and curated gifting experiences.
We are growing — and we're looking for someone exceptional to grow with us.
The Opportunity
This is not a customer service role.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven position for someone who understands luxury, communicates with confidence, and has the instinct to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
You will be the face of The Write House for our most important clients — brides, wedding planners, luxury venues, and bulk gifting accounts. You will own these relationships from the first conversation to the final delivery.
What You Will Own
- Managing the complete client journey for wedding and bulk gifting accounts — inquiry to order confirmation to delivery
- Proactively identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities across weddings, events, and premium gifting
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with wedding planners, luxury venues, trousseau consultants, and event companies
- Ensuring every client interaction reflects the premium standard of The Write House
- Responding to all inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email with speed and sophistication
- Collaborating closely with the design and production team to deliver seamless client experiences
Who You Are
- A confident, polished communicator — equally articulate in person, on call, and in writing in both Hindi and English
- Someone with a natural instinct for premium client relationships and high-value conversations
- Proactive, organised, and relentless with follow-up — you close, you don't chase
- Someone who genuinely appreciates beautiful, thoughtfully crafted things
- Connected to or deeply familiar with Jaipur's wedding, events, or luxury lifestyle ecosystem
- Based in Jaipur and available full time in office
Ideal Background
We're open to the right person over the right resume. That said, we're particularly interested in candidates from:
- Luxury hospitality — five star hotels, premium resorts
- Premium wedding planning or event management
- Luxury retail or lifestyle brands
- High-end trousseau, jewellery, or bridal boutiques
Fresh graduates from hotel management institutions with outstanding presence and communication are equally welcome.
