Hiring | International Customer Experience Associate
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1L Retention Bonus
Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Experience Associates (Inbound, US Process) for a global digital product environment. You will interact with international customers and deliver a seamless support experience across chat and calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle global customer interactions via chat and calls
- Resolve billing, subscription, and account-related queries
- Assist users with product navigation and admin tools
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Ensure high-quality customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Sales
- Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
- Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
