We're looking for a
Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure a seamless customer journey.Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with bookings and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when required.
- Follow up with customers based on check-in/check-out schedules.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage Google Reviews.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Customer Experience.
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Postgraduate qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
