Role Summary
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support travelers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience. This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are met
- Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate destination information and relevant recommendations
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt action
- Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
- Support travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities with composure under pressure
- Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Work Schedule
- 6-day work week
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Location: chennai
