About the role:
We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and creating great customer experiences. If you’re a strong communicator with a good understanding of customer service, this is your chance to help make Femmella one of India’s most loved women’s fashion brands.
You’ll be the voice of Femmella - supporting customers across orders, queries, styling guidance, and more, while building meaningful relationships and going the extra mile to make every interaction count.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure every interaction feels smooth, helpful, and delightful
- Manage customer conversations across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media while meeting defined SLAs
- Follow and maintain key processes and updates in our ERP system
- Develop a strong understanding of our products to offer personalized styling advice and help customers find what they love
- Support revenue growth through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve customer issues
- Work closely with leadership to improve customer experience and strengthen processes
- Share customer insights through regular research and feedback to help shape product, marketing, and tech decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in a customer or consumer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for building an exceptional and loved brand experience
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with CX systems and practices.
Work Shift
Mon- Sat (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
