Hiring: Customer Experience Associate – Global Email Process
We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in a non-voice customer support role focused primarily on email interactions, with limited voice exposure. If you have strong written communication skills and a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Role Overview
Majority email-based customer support
Approx. 20% voice interaction
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email
Handle occasional inbound/outbound calls
Ensure accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Manage and update tickets using CRM tools
Shift Options
Morning: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Day: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Night: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Strong written English (mandatory)
Prior email support experience (preferred)
Basic computer & typing skills
Compensation & Benefits
₹3.59 LPA + performance bonus + allowances
5-day work week
Two-way cab (for night shift)
