Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Experience Analyst role located in India. The Customer Experience Analyst will support the end-to-end enhancement of customer journeys, monitor service delivery, and gather customer insights to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, designing process improvements, resolving service issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The role requires a proactive approach to optimizing the customer experience through data-driven decision-making and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data collection, analysis, and visualization
- Proficiency in customer feedback management and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey customer-related insights effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital tools
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related industry is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset
