Job Location: Ashok Nagar, Bangalore 560001 | (5 Days Work, 2 Days Off)
CTC: Up to ₹3.75 LPA + Variables | One Way Cab + Other Benefits

Interview: Face-to-face, Walk-In (Ongoing)
Role Type: Full-time, Handling a mix of inbound and outbound interactions
Role Highlights:
- Act as the first point of contact for international customers
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions via calls, email, and chat
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Resolve customer queries and technical concerns efficiently
- Work closely with global teams to enhance customer experience
- Meet key performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and CSAT
Ideal Profile:
- 1+ year of experience in International BPO (Voice/Email/Chat)
- Strong communication skills (Global English)
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk preferred)
- Open to rotational shifts
