Hiring: Customer Experience Advisor – APAC Process
Work with Global Markets (Australia, New Zealand, UK & US)
We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Advisor to join our APAC team.
If you bring a mix of customer support + sales skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced global environment, this role is for you
Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for international customers, handling a blend of inbound support and outbound sales interactions.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer success, consultative selling, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails
- Manage support queries via Zendesk
- Conduct outbound calls to pitch marketplace subscriptions
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Guide customers as a product expert
- Resolve queries within defined TAT
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain high CSAT and meet CX KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken & written English communication
- Minimum 1 year experience handling international customers
- Experience in outbound sales & conversions
- Strong problem-solving & consultative selling skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with CRM / ticketing tools
- High attention to detail & organization
- Self-driven with a team-oriented mindset
