We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Advisors
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful customer relationships? We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Advisors and be the voice of our brand across North America!
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM IST
What You’ll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for customers in the US & Canada
• Assist professionals with product-related queries
• Handle calls & emails with prompt resolution
• Manage support tickets via Zendesk
• Escalate unresolved issues effectively
• Identify and execute sales opportunities
• Meet Customer Success KPIs & TAT
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong spoken & written English communication
• Minimum 1 year of experience with international customers
• Problem-solving mindset with sales aptitude
• Proficiency in computer usage & typing
• High attention to detail & organization
• Self-motivated team player
