Hiring: Customer Experience Advisor – North America
Overview
We are hiring Customer Experience Advisors to support customers across the United States and Canada. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring high service quality.
Location - Bangalore
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for international customers
Handle inbound calls and emails with prompt resolution
Assist with product-related queries
Manage and track support tickets via Zendesk
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Identify and execute sales opportunities
Meet Customer Success KPIs and turnaround time requirements
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Required Skills & Experience
Strong spoken and written English communication
Minimum 1 year of experience handling international customers
Good problem-solving and sales skills
Proficiency in computer usage and typing
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
