We’re #Hiring: Customer Experience Advisor – APAC

We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor – APAC who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys blending customer support with consultative selling.
What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for customers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US
- Handle inbound calls and emails via CRM tools (Zendesk)
- Make outbound calls to pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Provide expert guidance on products and solutions
- Resolve customer queries within defined timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
- Achieve and exceed customer experience KPIs
What We’re Looking For- Excellent spoken & written English
- Minimum 1 year of experience with international customers
- Proven experience in outbound sales & conversions
- Strong problem-solving & consultative selling skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- A team player with a growth mindset
