Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow for a Customer Executive. The Customer Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term loyalty. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, providing support, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and contributing to improving customer service processes for enhanced experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and resolve queries
- Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and support process improvements
- Ability to maintain a customer-centric approach and build strong relationships
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
