Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Executive / Sr. Customer Executive based in the Gwalior territory. The role involves driving sales growth by developing and managing distributor and dealer networks, ensuring effective market execution, and achieving assigned sales targets. The individual will be responsible for identifying brand and pack gaps through field insights, implementing local sales promotion activities, and managing key accounts and outlets.
Additionally, the role includes setting clear KPIs for the team, conducting regular feedback sessions, and coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their performance. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales MIS, analyzing sales data, and providing regular updates to the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and market execution skills
- Ability to develop and manage distributor and dealer networks
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and identifying market opportunities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team handling and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field preferred
