Union Living is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver a smooth and seamless experience for our residents. If you enjoy solving queries, keeping operations organized, and being the bridge between residents and internal teams, this role is a great fit.
As part of a fast-paced startup in the hospitality and co-living sector, you will play a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to resident queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide timely resolutions by coordinating with operations, community, and maintenance teams
- Maintain and update daily/weekly tracking sheets (complaints, escalations, resolutions, occupancy, etc.)
- Ensure the resident experience is smooth from move-in to move-out
- Follow up on pending tasks, escalate urgent issues, and close loops efficiently
- Support the central operations team with documentation, ticketing, and reporting
- Maintain communication logs and update internal trackers for clarity and transparency
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in customer support, operations, hospitality, or similar fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas; Vlookup is a bonus)
- A customer-first mindset with patience and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome
