Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Excellence Lead - Online Engagement, Experience & Retention. The role involves overseeing and enhancing customer experiences through online engagement and retention strategies. The successful candidate will design, implement, and evaluate customer support strategies, analyze feedback, and optimize online touchpoints to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement effective engagement initiatives and ensure customer needs are met is pivotal to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to engage effectively and prioritize client needs
- Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills for teamwork and meaningful customer interactions
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and refine online engagement strategies
- Experience with customer engagement tools or platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or similar roles is a plus
