Sales Support & Customer Engagement Executive
• Support the sales team with documentation, vendor pricing requests, and order processing.
• Maintain and update CRM records, enquiry logs, and customer databases
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Conduct meetings to generate new leads and forward qualified leads to the Sales Executive for meetings.
• Follow up on existing leads and pending enquiries.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, product presentations, and client follow ups.
• Track sales activities and prepare daily/weekly follow up reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for product availability and technical clarifications.
• Follow up with vendors and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare project submittal documents.
• Ensure smooth and efficient communication between customers and internal departments.
