Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Engagement Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication, resolving inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering sustained customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and maintaining professional relationships that align with the company’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and sustain professional relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in providing outstanding Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure resolution of inquiries and concerns
- A customer-centric mindset to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience and ensure ongoing Customer Satisfaction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in customer engagement or a related role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
