Role Description
We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Manager based in India with strong experience managing US clients, driving account growth, and delivering value across SAP, AI, and Supply Chain initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success / Account Management / Engagement
- Experience working with US markets
- Proven track record in customer retention & account expansion
- Hands-on experience with AI tools/platforms
- Experience working with the SAP partner ecosystem
- Strong understanding of SAP (S/4HANA or related)
- Background in Supply Chain domain
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to overlap with US time zones
- SaaS / Consulting / Enterprise Tech background
- Experience managing enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with US-based customers
- Drive engagement through QBRs, strategic reviews, and executive conversations
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor on SAP, AI, and Supply Chain solutions
- Leverage AI tools to improve customer insights and engagement
- Collaborate with SAP partners and ecosystem stakeholders to deliver outcomes
