Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Engagement Executive at Energy24by7. The role involves tasks related to customer engagement, account management, sales, and consulting.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in UPS or electronics space / Freshers can also apply
- Sales and Consulting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
Job Responsibilities
• Handle all the incoming calls and generate leads through outgoing calls.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales team in planning and executing site visits and closing the deals.
• Identify key stakeholders/ partners who can add value to last mile connectivity and onboard them to network.
