Role Summary
We are hiring for a B2C voice process in the Australian Solar domain, focused on engaging with customers, generating interest, and supporting them through the initial stages of their decision-making journey.
This is not a typical telecalling job. The role requires structured conversations, strong follow-ups, and the ability to build customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers
· Explain solar solutions and available benefits (training will be provided)
· Track interactions and maintain accurate lead records
· Consistently work towards daily/weekly targets
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead progression
Candidate Requirements
- 1- 3 + experience in B2C voice process (Australian/ International process preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Good spoken English and confidence in conversations
- Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
CTC - 3.0 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs per annum
