Customer Engagement Executive – Biotech / Life Sciences
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer engagement, relationship management, and creating a seamless customer experience in the biotechnology and life sciences industry.
As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping build long-term relationships, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions and support
• Handle client queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and updates in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support for smooth issue resolution
• Assist in customer retention and renewal activities
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services when appropriate
• Collect customer feedback and contribute towards improving service quality
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a Science-related field is mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Sales Support, or related customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce is an added advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); regional language skills are a plus
