Role Summary
We are looking for a Customer Delight Executive to ensure a seamless customer experience by handling customer support, complaint resolution, CRM coordination, and payment collection activities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle
- Handle customer escalations, complaints, and priority cases professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers to maintain trust and satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and technical teams for issue resolution
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain payment collection records
- Share payment reminders and ensure timely collections
- Implement customer feedback and support process improvements
- Manage CRM updates and service workflows for accurate tracking
- Monitor customer service activities and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support smooth coordination across departments and maintain service efficiency
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support, CRM, Customer Service, or Payment Collection.
