Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Customer Chat Support role, based in Gurugram with flexible work-from-home opportunities. The Customer Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective responses to customer queries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include communicating with customers via chat, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer concerns are addressed efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement in customer support processes. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centric mindset and have experience in E - commerce companies.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical Skills to understand and address customer concerns effectively
- Capability to work in a hybrid setup with strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with using customer chat tools and CRMs is a plus
