Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Tour Agent to assist travellers with trip inquiries, bookings, and support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide quick and helpful solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, pricing, and itineraries.
- Assist customers with booking tours and confirming reservations.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely support before, during, and after trips.
- Coordinate with vendors and the internal team to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.
- Experience in customer support, travel agency, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
