You and your Team

As a Customer Care Specialist (m/w/d), you are part of the team that supports KRÜSS’ commercial operations and ensures a seamless customer experience across the entire customer journey. Working closely with sales, distributors, and internal operations, you combine inside sales activities with service administration. With a strong focus on the UK market and our EMEA distributor network, you help ensure efficient communication, reliable order execution, and high-quality customer support throughout the region.

Your mission

  • Customer Support – You respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone and email, qualify inbound leads, and support sales activities through quotation preparation and coordination with Technical Sales Representatives.
  • Quotation Management – You prepare and manage quotations for instruments, spare parts, accessories, and service-related offerings, and provide administrative sales support to distributors.
  • Service Coordination – You support the administration of service activities such as maintenance contracts, spare parts requests, and service quotations, and coordinate service requests with customers, distributors, and service teams.
  • CRM Management – You maintain customer and distributor records in CRM and ERP systems, document customer interactions and sales activities, and contribute to high data quality and transparency.
  • Commercial Administration – You prepare commercial documentation for supplier onboarding, tenders, and customer registrations, and support administrative processes related to international customers and distributors.


How you achieve it

  • You have a relevant bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience in B2B customer support, Inside Sales or Order Processing.
  • You are proficient in CRM and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and ABAS, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • You are customer-oriented, structured and detail-oriented, and ensure a high degree of accuracy in quotations and orders.
  • You impress with your reliability, team spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to working in an international environment.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
