Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of International Customer Support Executive . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, or email

Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Follow company policies and quality standards

Meet individual and team performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
