Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative at Muffynn in Mumbai. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of apparel industry trends is a plus
