Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Strong proficiency in Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve customer-related issues effectively
- Ability to maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while interacting with customers
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is an advantage
