About the Role
Key Stone Services is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Customer Care Specialist / Virtual Assistant & Customer Liaison to support both customer experience and executive operations. This is a high-visibility role where you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while also assisting the CEO, CRO, and Chief of Staff with day-to-day coordination and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a smooth, personalized experience
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment
- Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative coordination for leadership
- Coordinate communication across customers, factory partners, and internal teams
- Draft polished emails, reports, and other written communications
- Maintain accurate records, files, and customer feedback logs
- Proactively resolve scheduling and workflow bottlenecks
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience in customer service, executive assistance, client relations, or operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
- Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive work style
