🚨 | Customer Support Associate – International Chat Process (Vivint Chat)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an International Chat Process role.
📍 Location: Gurugram
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions via chat support
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate/Undergraduate can apply
• Minimum 6 months experience in Tech Support / Troubleshooting Chat Process
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or upselling preferred
