Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Professional, based in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of inquiries or issues. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, offering solutions to problems, maintaining customer-centric interactions, and ensuring a positive service experience. Additionally, this role requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills to address customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with team members
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and systems is an advantage
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
