Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage and lead the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team.
✔️ Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
✔️ Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
✔️ Ensure proper management and follow-up of all walk-in customer inquiries.
✔️ Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
✔️ Coordinate with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in Automobile Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry, is an advantage.
