Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Manager located in Allahabad. The Customer Care Manager will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service by managing patient interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, implementing customer satisfaction improvement strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring smooth communications between patients and the clinic staff. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to enhance service standards and ensure a positive experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify trends.
  • Excellent Communication abilities for clear and professional interaction with clients and staff.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or patient care industries is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a patient-centric approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
