Student Care Intern
Compensation: 10k - 13k per month

About the Role
As a Student Care Intern, you will be responsible for handling inbound student queries via calls, chats, or emails. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless support experience by understanding concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring student satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound requests through calls, chats, or emails following defined SOP
- Understand and resolve student queries promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Take ownership of student concerns and ensure closure within the given TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Maintain a polished, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with students
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered).
