Job Description – Customer Support Intern
Position: Customer Support Intern
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Location: Noida Sector 6
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
- Provide support and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Assist in daily customer support and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills
- Positive attitude and quick learning ability
