Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in the Tamil language
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
* Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems
* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
* Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fluency in Telugu and Odia (mandatory) and basic knowledge of Hindi/English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good listening and problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience:
* 0.5–3 years of experience in customer support / BPO / call center
Working Conditions:
Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 10 am to 6:30 pm
Fixed Week off: All Sundays (Plus 2 & 3 Saturdays)
