Raksha Property Management, a global residential and industrial property management company based in Bengaluru, is seeking talented Customer Care Executives to provide exceptional service to our real estate clients. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with property owners, tenants, vendors, leads, and visitors through various channels such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Google Voice. Your excellent spoken and written English communication skills will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any complaints. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain professional and prompt communication with customers via email, telephone, and other platforms
- Display a self-starter attitude and take initiative in addressing customer needs
- Record and document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and inquiries
- Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide top-notch customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience in customer support is required
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
- Experience in property management is highly desirable
