Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, providing assistance and resolving their issues effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolution in line with IFISYS Software & Services Pvt. Ltd. policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IFISYS Software & Services Pvt. Ltd. products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer information and interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to the management team to improve service quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to IFISYS Software & Services Pvt. Ltd. service standards and quality benchmarks during every customer interaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs as set by the management team at IFISYS Software & Services Pvt. Ltd..
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or equivalent preferred for the Customer Care Executive role at IFISYS Software & Services Pvt. Ltd..
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, with a proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
