We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage inbound and outbound calls for our franchise network. You will be the first point of contact for potential franchise partners — representing the Bachpan Global brand with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. Strong computer proficiency is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming franchise enquiry calls professionally
- Understand prospect needs & explain franchise offerings clearly
- Address queries related to investment, setup & support
- Schedule follow-up calls & meetings with senior team
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream with 0–3 years of tele-sales or BDE experience
- Highly computer proficient — MS Office, CRM tools & email are daily essentials
- Excellent spoken communication in English — confident on calls
