Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a Inbound-Customer Care Executive within the Stock Broking vertical. The role involves offering exceptional customer support by addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Executive will also contribute to improvement strategies for customer service delivery and support Partners and sales teams in meeting client needs through efficient communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally and clearly.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members.
- Proficiency in using computers and stock broking platforms; knowledge of financial products and markets is an advantage.
- Minimum Qualification - Graduate
