Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, based in the Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, responding to queries and resolving issues, and assisting with sales inquiries. The role requires a customer-first approach and proactive communication during evening shift hours.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Sales and customer relationship management
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively as part of a team on-site
- Previous experience in customer care roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software is a plus
