🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Emergency Response (102 Services) | Patna 🚨
Are you calm under pressure, a great communicator, and driven to make a real impact? Join our team in Patna as a Customer Care Executive (CCE) and play a critical role in saving lives by handling emergency (102) calls with precision and empathy.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Answer emergency calls from the public and healthcare providers
• Assess urgency and dispatch appropriate services (ambulance/support)
• Accurately record patient details, location, and case information
• Stay calm and reassure callers during high-stress situations
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent verbal communication & active listening skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer proficiency & good typing speed in English
• Empathy and sensitivity in handling distressed callers
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
🔹 Eligibility:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Freshers welcome!
• Prior experience in call centers or healthcare is a plus
