Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Mohali district. The Customer Care Executive will manage customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, ensure high customer satisfaction levels, and communicate effectively with customers. The role also involves supporting sales activities through customer engagement and helping to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assist in Sales and support customer engagement initiatives
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Relevant experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification is an advantage
