Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will involve providing excellent customer support, addressing queries, engaging with clients, and assisting with sales inquiries. The role requires building positive relationships with customers while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs
- Knowledge or experience in Sales and the ability to assist with customer purchase inquiries
- Proven interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting customer issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Fluency in English and additional language skills (bilingual/multilingual) are a plus
