Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative located in Noida. The role involves providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The candidate will be an integral part in building positive interactions with customers and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Experience
• Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle customer interactions
• Problem-solving skills and a high level of patience when dealing with customer concerns
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work on-site in Noida
• Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage
